Our flat is at your disposal in order for you to fully enjoy it, but we ask you to respect our conditions.

The flat comes with all equipment for a comfortable stay without worries. We want you to feel at home. We do not make a detailed inventory on your arrival. You will find a folder with the regulations and an inventory of the most important pieces of furniture. On arrival and before departure all tenants have to check whether these pieces of furniture are in good condition. Tenants are expected to treat the flat and its equipment as if it were their own.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is forbidden inside the flat.

The rent is mentioned under the tab 'availability and prices' and is on a weekly basis. A week runs from Saturday between 5 and 6 p.m. and the next Saturday between 10 and 11 a.m. The rent includes costs like heating, water and electricity.

Arrangements can be made with the owner in order to collect and return the keys to the flat.

Tenants have to bring:

• sheets for the matressess (2 double beds of 160 cm and 4 single beds of 80 cm)
• pillow cases
• duvet covers (2 duvets of 200x240 cm and 4 duvets of 140x200 cm)
• towels for kitchen and bath room

Tenants are requested to leave the flat in good order: put everything back in its original position, clear away and sweep all rooms. We charge you with an extra 40 euros (on top of the rent) because we do all other cleaning for you. If the flat is not left decently, the owner will decide on the sum to be deducted from the warranty.

The flat is located in a quiet block and a quiet environment. Tenants should behave accordingly and subscribe the bylaws (see download). All other rental conditions are dealt with in the lease.
